ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Nani Aloha Street Inc. only provides exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, Nani Ohana accepts returns within 14 days of the shipment date (marked on the invoice provided with the purchase) and will provide an exchange for all returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns (including exchanges). All returned items must be in its original wrapper and must be in perfect sellable condition. Value of exchanged merchandise must be equal to the total value of the returned item(s). for any item the customer is unsatisfied with. ALL SALES AND SHIPPING ARE FINAL AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ON ACCESSORIES, SOUVENIRS, AND SALE ITEMS.
Our return policy applies to both domestic and international customers.
Customers who live on Oahu can stop by the Nani Ohana store (not our other locations) to do an in-store exchange.

How To Return Merchandise
As long as the item(s) follow the required conditions in the Return Policy above, we accept any box or packaging chosen by the customer so long as the item is undamaged in the shipping process. Any items damaged in the shipping process will not be accepted for exchange.
All customers must fill out our contact form or email us at email@example.com stating your invoice number and the reason for return prior to returning the item. Instructions for the return and an exchange will be emailed in response.
